Sometime ago I asked if you were going to tie DA into CYCLONE\AURORA,or activate the EMWIN directory.

Richard, I received DAWS Pro today and have been playing with it. I must have missed something, because I can't get EMWIN data to load. There's the menu item File/Import EMWIN directory, but it doesn't do anything. File/Preferences shows no place to enter the EMWIN directory. And while the manual describes EMWIN, I'm missing any description of how to get DAWS to actually read EMWIN data (the only index item for EMWIN is page 134, which is the previously mentioned EMWIN description).
Page 19 refers to the Import Directory menu item and the Files/Preferences/General tab for the import directory. However, the ability to specify an import directory doesn't exist, at least not in my version (again, I received the CD today).
I was hoping to use my existing EMWIN setup to view watches, warnings, etc. with DAWS, but can't figure out how to do it.

I sent the message on EMWIN for Tim's consideration. A long time ago he said he might consider tying DA into the Cyclone system. I have a weather satellite connection and would like to use it in DAWS also. Right now I use the RealEMWIN program to receive the weather data. You're right the current EMWIN connection is inoperative in DAWS.
