Radiosonde import problem - resolution

I have been getting a large amount of E-mail about the radiosonde import problem that developed last week. I have made this a high priority issue and will be getting a patch out today or tomorrow.

I have been a bit scarce since I am in the process of building a two-story house out in east Texas -- by myself and with very little help (except pneumatic tools if that counts). I've been out there during weekdays and at home on weekends playing catch-up. I thank you for your patience.
