Plotting buoy reports with V1.0a

The program is not decoding the tt/td correctly, what can I do about it?
You are talking about version 2000?
What are you getting? Anything?
Which source are you using (for data)?
Are you also ingesting other data at same time?
I believe I have had some problems getting buoys to even PLOT when I used Albany for both regular surface (land) AND buoys.
