Plotting Legend On Maps in new version.

The option to "plot legend on right hand side of map" (Preferences/maps/plot legend.....) appears to be non-functional. The legend always seems to appear on the right with or without the above being checked. In addition the surface plot TIME does not seem to appear with the legend as it used to.
