Analysis output doesn't work properly on Mercator maps

1) Generate a Mercator map centred on EGNH with width 4000NM
2) analyze,OVER FILL COLOR=255:200:200 TEMP
The analysis output displays as an (approx!) circle centred on EGNH. I know the ANALYZE isn't sensible, but I've tried to strip it back to the minimum required to show the effect.
Re-generate the map in Orthographic projection and the output covers almost all of the map (there's a small area in N Africa that's missed for some reason).
I couldn't get a Polar Stereographic map to plot for EGNH/4000NM, but as I've never tried that projection before I don't know if that's expected or not.
Sorry forgot to say...that's running 0.6c and DAWS does the same.
