Tim,

You need to do something about this ... don't put a new version out and then run off to support chasers. I've been one of your true supporters for over 10 years but I think you need to decide whether you're in the chase support business or the software business.

I did not receive one single E-mail about this problem... if I had gotten an E-mail reminder I would have put out a patch immediately.
