Comments and historyLarge military base; only taxiways and tarmac space; no revetments. On 08 Apr 1992 Senior Lt. Vagif Kurbanov hijacked a Su-25 from Sital-Chay and flew it to Yevlakh, Azerbaijan, giving the country its first fixed-wing fighter.
