pc grids

I am unable to find an ext. file to run the program..once extracted the file into the pc32 directory thats it..cant find any thing to make it run..
what is the next step...

Double click the p32.bat file for data ingest, or to run the program. You'll also want the program in a directory named c:\pcgridds32.

an ext. file??? does not compute There should be three .exe files...PCGRIDDS32, NGRB2PCG32 & GRIBtPCG32.
