Post by blaisecastle »

Hi There,

I'm trying to get Internet Data downloads with DWS, but it fails with

Digital Atmopshere encountered an error: '12/22/04 01:07:00' is not a valid date and time

What is the problem?

Thanks

James

It would help (me at least) if you also gave the actual script file that produced that script log.

Looks to me like the FSU data doesn't exist. You should probably keep your downloads to either COD or NY-Albany, they're pretty reliable.

Actually, FSU just changed the URLs

If you want metar, try
http://www.met.fsu.edu/rawdata/metar/
with time tokens of course.

http://www.met.fsu.edu/rawdata/syn
will get you synoptics plus buoys, mainly buoys on off synoptic hours.
