No matter what I do, I've got the same error. Tried COD or what ever. Did I miss something?

Hi Eddy:

Is your system clock set to the correct time zone? If not, you need to set your system clock to your local time zone. When you draw data from those sources, it is based on current hour.

If that is not the problem, did you edit any of the links in the retrieval panel recently? You might check to verify they are correct.

Hi Randy,

My system clock was been set to the local time before I downloaded DAWS, e.g. Europe, Local (summer) GMT time +1 for Amsterdam, Berlin. I didn't edit any of the links shown in the pop-up screen. How can I check to verify these links are correct?

Thanks again for your reply.

Click on a site in the internet menu to highlight it, click edit site, copy and paste what it says into you browser's address window. If nothing shows up in the browser the link may be bad.

Pat,

Thanks for the advise. I don't know what I've done, but DAWS seems to work fine now. I got data from the Internet.

Thanks everyone!
