Suggestion for new "Other software" forum

While the old WX-SOFT group was geared mostly towards DA and its support, it was also a useful place to discuss other products, particularly new ones. A good example of this was the Storm Predator post put up on the last day of the group's existence. It would be nice to have a new forum dedicated to non-DA software, spearate from "General discussions" which will become a catch-all for other topics.
