V1.51b: File-Open-Windows have false sizes / Prefs-Window

Hi Tim,
i see some optical bugs in the window-sizes:

- big height by file-open-windows (my desktop run with 1900x1200)

- to small sizes by the prefs-windows (an old bug, was fixed in an previous version)

We'll try a fix in V1.52 beta that should fix the Preferences form.
