HI,
we often get power cuts here in North Cyprus causing my Windows7 computer to shut down when the UPS runs out of power.
When the power returns, Digital Atmosphere starts up automatically BUT the scheduler fails to find the script to be run at the next scheduled time.
If I manually use Run, (under the scripting tab,) the correct directory comes up and by manually selecting the required script and Open, it runs OK and, thereafter, the scheduler finds the scripts at the scheduled times. Digital Atmosphere then runs unattended without problems, until the next power cut.
I'm using Digital Atmosphere v3.20 and am a registered user.
Does anyone else have this problem and, if so, how have you overcome it?
Any ideas or help would be very welcome
Thanks
Nigel

Re: Scheduler cannot find scripts after shutdown
I'm using Windows 10 but I used to have a similar issue and could never figure out which directory DA wanted to use, so I made sure all possible DA directories had a copy on my main script and that's solved the issue.
I've put the script in:
C:Program Files (x86)/DigitalAtmosphere
C:Users/YourPCName/AppData/DigitalAtmosphere
C:Users/YourPCName/AppData/Local/DigitalAtmosphere
You just need to remember to update all copies if you make a change.

Many thanks Budgie for that idea.
I'll give it a try and see if it helps.
Bit of a pain but worth it, if it works !!

Yep, same here. And also, if I run anything first (like simple script getting surface data), it will find all scripts correctly after that. May try your solution.
