Station Plot Color

Post by Hendricusl »

I want to change the color of the station plots in a script command. I have not found the command to do this...is there one?

Thanks,

Hendricus

This can't be done in scripting. You'd have to set up two different maps with two different styles (each style contains different station plot color attributes). Then you would load each map up in scripting and the colors changes would be handled automatically.

Problems!

Post by Hendricusl »

Tim,

I gave it a try but got trouble instead. When I changed the color of the station plot and then ploted the data, no data ploted. When I tried changing it back to black, the black did not plot either. This is just using the program GUI...not using any scripts. :?:

Any Ideas??

Tim,

found the cause. Apparently the surface plot model was reset to nothing when I changed the sfc plot color. I have now made entries for the surface plot model and all is working.
