Fleetcode not available

Folks,

It seems that <fleetcode> for use in DAWS is temporary not available since august 02 12 UTC. I don't know for what reason. I've asked the webmaster of hb-yachting (Norbert Huser) for his comments, but did not get an answer jet.

Feel free to ask Norbert (info@hb-yacht.ch) when fleetcode becomes on the air again. I would be happy if any one would post any Norbert's comments in the discussiongroup,

I noticed that, Ton:( Would be great if he could get it up and running again! Would be nice if UKMET would just offer the data directly from themselves as well.

Hi Pat,

Al I know is that HB-yacht is using data (direct?) from the WMO trunk. HB-yacht is a sponsered site and don't know how he gets access to the trunk. I have asked Norbert this in the past, but never get an answer that was satisfactory for me.

If anyone know to get legal access to the WMO trunk then we can try to get the the data directly. But I believe that this is only for the national weatherservices. I'm still wondering how the fleetcode from UKMO becomes available on a Swiss site, and I'm also wondering why there are no other sources.
