Despite ordering a registration code for DA and sending repeated e-mails I have had no response from this Company.

Tim hasn't been getting to his email every day because of a very hectic spring conference schedule. I believe he did go through all of it today, though. Have you received a response from him yet? If not please post here and I will try to locate the problem (I am his wife).
